How many SplashTABS™ do you take per day?
SplashTABS™ are a self-dose product: you use as many as you need to when you need them. Because they are sugar free and less than 5 calories each, use SplashTABS™ as you see fit to maintain a comfortable and wet mouth. We recommend that you do not eat or drink for at least 15 to 30 minutes after taking one to give the herb and coating agents a chance to give you the best effect. Someone with moderate dry mouth will use 3-5 a day, but someone with severe dry mouth can use 8 or 10 a day. Athletes and speakers find that they can use one before an event, supplementing as needed. Health seekers should use as many and spaced out during the day to maintain a health moist mouth.

What is that tingle on my tongue?
